At IvanActivewear, every product is made on demand with care and printed specifically for your order. Because of this production method, we handle returns and refunds differently from traditional retail stores.

📦 1. Damaged or Defective Items

We only replace or refund items if they arrive:

  • Damaged
  • Misprinted
  • Defective
  • Incorrect item received

👉 If this happens, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the issue

We will send a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

❌ 2. No Returns for Change of Mind

Because each item is custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size ordered
  • Change of mind
  • Color/style preference
  • Ordering mistake

Please check size charts carefully before ordering.

We strongly recommend reviewing the size guide before purchase. IvanActivewear is not responsible for incorrect size selection.

If your order is delayed or lost in transit:
